Minimum party size of four people.

Private Chef Services

$125 per person (passed hors d'oeuvre and 3 course dinner)


$150 per person (passed hors d'oeuvres and 4 course dinner)

Labor Rates

$85 per hour for Chef Jason (5hr min)

$55 per hour per assistant (5hr min)

Crested Butte Sales Tax and Gratuity are additional.

10% deposit to hold.

50% of the remainder due 1 week prior.

Balance due day of.

Price is subject to change if we incorporate “difficult to source”

or “very high-end” ingredients.

All plate ware and silverware rentals included.

All equipment provided.

Linen and glassware rentals are extra.
